🚦 My Traffic Fines with Photos is a check of a car and traffic fines with a photo and debts to the FSSP bailiffs, with online repayment.

We receive information about traffic police fines from NPO MONETA.RU (LLC) under an agreement on information and technical interaction, which is indicated in the list of platforms on the NPO MONETA.RU website (https://moneta.ru/info/d/ru/public/users/nko/marketplaces.pdf). NPO "MONETA.RU" has access to the federal database of the State Information System of State and Municipal Services in accordance with Federal Law No. 210-FZ "On the Organization of the Provision of State and Municipal Services" dated July 27, 2010 with the powers of a payment administrator, which is indicated in the list of credit institutions on the website of the Federal Treasury of the Russian Federation (https://roskazna.gov.ru/upload/iblock/0fb/Perechen_1_28_06_2023.pdf).
Online payment of traffic police fines is carried out through NPO "MONETA.RU" (license of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation No. 3508-K dated July 2, 2012) and OOO "A3" (money is transferred by PAO Promsvyazbank, license of the Central Bank 3251 dated May 12, 1995).

🌐 Pay traffic police fines with photos online in one click and receive an official receipt for payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard and MIR bank cards, and the SBP fast payment system is also available. Payment of fines in our application is fast and reliable.
📃 After the fines have been paid, you will receive a bank receipt for payment by email. A copy of the receipt will be stored in the application - you can always access it through the "Receipts" section.
👌 We guarantee that the payment of fines in our application will be successful and fast. Immediately after payment, we will inform the treasury (government services) about the transfer of money. This guarantees that your official traffic police fines will be paid off successfully.

Now you can pay fines through the Fast Payment System (FPS). You no longer have to enter card details - choose the SBP payment method and pay off the fine in the bank application that is convenient for you.
If the fine was written out by mistake, now it can be challenged. Under the most common fines, the “Appeal” button has appeared - click on it, fill out a short form and receive a ready-made complaint to the traffic police and instructions for sending. Challenge the fines if you think they are unfair, and we will help!
